PMP®-certified Project Manager with international corporate experience and a strong business and analytical background, combining project delivery, digital transformation, business analysis, market intelligence and strategic execution.
My experience spans corporate, digital and impact-focused environments. At Deutsche Post DHL Group in Bonn, I contributed to sustainability and blockchain initiatives, including PMO activities, stakeholder coordination, executive reporting and the management of a six-month blockchain training programme from planning through launch. At RET in Tunis, I managed the delivery of a digital entrepreneurship programme, covering application screening, project planning, milestone recovery, dashboards and stakeholder coordination. At TAEF, I developed an impact management system based on 20+ IRIS KPIs, supporting data collection, analysis and management reporting.

Sustainability — Clean Operations
Supported DHL's €7 billion global sustainability programme (2015–2050) supporting the company's objective of net-zero emissions by 2050, working within the Clean Operations stream and its related project workstreams.
- Supported the subcontractor emissions and sustainability workstream, including competitor benchmarking and analysis of emissions-reduction approaches.
- Prepared CO₂ reporting, peer-comparison analyses and executive presentation materials to support management decision-making.
- Supported PMO activities, deliverable tracking and coordination related to DHL's global energy strategy.
- Worked within a multi-level governance structure involving senior management and cross-functional project teams.
Blockchain — Center of Excellence
Supported blockchain initiatives within DHL's Blockchain Center of Excellence, including a major internal blockchain platform project with an €8 million project budget and external nodes.
- Contributed to project roadmaps, stakeholder coordination, project planning and process improvement for blockchain initiatives.
- Supported coordination with senior management, internal stakeholders and external suppliers involved in blockchain projects.
- Managed the Blockchain Fundamentals training programme from planning through launch, with a €60,000 budget.
- Defined KPIs to monitor participant engagement and satisfaction and supported the programme's delivery.
